Welcome to D. Moroney Bodywork 

Specialising in the manufacture and restoration of steel and aluminium bodywork.  Experienced in veteran and vintage, through to post-war bodywork including  superleggera type construction.

I started D. Moroney Bodywork in 1988 having served an apprenticeship in motor vehicle body repair and spray painting.  I progressed to making wings for vintage cars and finally constructing full bodywork for a Le Mans Bentley specialist.

My lifelong interest in vintage cars, coupled with artistic and creative flair, has resulted in a passion for the restoration of old vehicles.

From Isetta to Isotta, I have rebuilt an extensive and varied list of great cars; many of them shown at the world’s greatest concours shows, including Pebble Beach.

Having always enjoyed a creative challenge has put me in a position to offer both design and build as well as a replacement panel service.
